| Bio | Born 1968 in Zurich, film expert and critic and author of short films. Studies at the University of Zurich, semesters in Berlin (FU), Paris (EHESS), Jerusalem (Hebrew University). Ph.D. in Zurich. Worked as film critic and editor at the Neue Zürcher Zeitung (2000-2015). Editor of Cinema Jahrbuch (2010-2015). Member of the Board Committee of SVFJ. Was a Jury Member of Fribourg Film Festival, Black Movie Festival, Fantoche. President of the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur since 2020. Reorganization concept for the International Fund Visions du Sud. Member of Swiss Film Academy. Lecturer ZHAW in the fields of Culture (Film, Literature), Society and Language, Digital Literacy.
